Here's how the recruitment process proceeds

Submitting the application
Apply for the position using the online application form. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once we have received your application. You can edit your application using the login credentials that will be sent to you in a separate email. We will contact you by phone or email if you are selected to proceed in the recruitment process.

Interview invitation
After reviewing the applications, we will invite the most promising candidates for an interview. The selection process may include multiple interview rounds before the final decision is made.

Possible suitability assessments
In some of our recruitments, we use suitability assessments to support the hiring decision. Our tools include assessments that measure problem-solving and logical reasoning skills, as well as evaluations of typical work behavior.
