On-site mobile weighing
You can operate scale transactions using the mScales app during our facilities’ opening hours. The app can be accessed via the QR code or at mscales.com/code.

Customer complaints

You can make a complaint regarding an existing contract through the contact details provided. Calls from a landline are charged at the domestic long-distance rate. Calls from a mobile phone are charged at the mobile phone rate. Please note that call charges may vary when calling from abroad.
