Reporting and monitoring

Comprehensive reporting
In Remeo’s reporting system, you can compare the progress of your waste management at a single location or across multiple sites. The system provides key waste management data as summary figures, various charts, and tables. You’ll also have access to legally required waste records and transfer documents, which you can easily download as needed.
Customer reporting includes detailed information on accumulated waste volumes by waste type and collection point. You’ll find waste quantities and costs broken down by service. Additionally, the reports feature clear visualizations of your company’s recycling rate and the percentage of your waste that has been recovered for reuse.

Legally required information for waste management leadership
Effective waste management requires accurate information. The following legally required documents are available in our reporting service:
- Waste records are required by waste legislation for companies generating hazardous waste or more than 100 tons of waste annually.
- A transfer document is required for the transport of certain wastes. We also submit waste transfer documents to the national SIIRTO register.
- YLVA reporting is required annually from operators with environmental permits. For YLVA reporting, we provide you with a downloadable report containing the necessary information for official reporting.
Continuously improving waste management
Developing waste management and tracking its goals requires data. The targets typically relate to the recycling rate, the total amount of waste, or the volume of a specific waste type, as well as the associated costs. By reviewing and analyzing this data, we can identify areas for improvement in waste management and determine the necessary actions to achieve the set goals.
